俄罗斯外贸问题描述及网友解答：
供应俄罗斯铝锭，材质：A7，99.7%。可月供5万吨（接受试单1000吨），CIF价格2200美元/吨（有时效性），跟单信用证结算。标准：GB/T 1196-2008 100级系列。欢迎直接采购方接洽（谢绝第3方无效沟通）。
买方确认采购意向后，需提供ICPO和企业资料以获得完整的公司报价和合同版本。
请知悉以下操作流程（需在ICPO中注明，可提供详细版供参考）：
1) The buyer sends the ICPO
2) The buyer must send the customer information sheet (CEI).
3) The seller will send a draft contract with the original stamp of the company and will forward it to the buyer in the PDF file. The Seller sends a draft contract to the buyer to complete, signed with the original stamp of the company and forwarded to the seller in PDF.
4) The seller will issue the Proforma invoice to be signed by the buyer.
5) Within 5 (five) business days, the buyer’s bank issues prior MT199 advice to the seller’s bank with provision to send MT700 DLC. The seller’s bank responds quickly to the buyer’s bank.
6) Buyer immediately within 5 bank issuance 100% fully funded, irrevocable operational, transferable confirmed DLC MT700 TO PAYMENT TERMS within five
(5) days after the contract is signed by both parties.
7) The seller’s bank will send the buyer’s bank a full set of shipping documents for confirmation and verification. Payment after SGS inspection at buyer’s destination port, after which 100% MT103 of the total amount will be released by buyer’s bank to seller’s bank.
